21 Day Fix

This program is for our new trainees who are just starting their weight loss journey, roughly with a target to lose 10 lbs.+, and looking for a healthy planning program inclusive of various exercises and unique diet plans.

This is an at-home program, no more walking to the gym saving your time to focus on the training. It includes intermediate exercises that supplement your nutrition. People who have been lacking their diet plans earlier can go for this program. It provides one with flexibility in their diet.

If you are keen on having quick results, this course is just for you, with so many calorie counting apps these days which can be distressing at times, calculating calories before any meal, but you still want to keep your diet on track this program assists you with that as well.

It offers portion control containers with 30 minutes of daily workout.

It focuses on both, weight loss and instilling healthy habits.

21-Day Extreme Fix is for our advanced exercisers, who are looking to be leaner and shredded. It is also an at-home program. Participants who have already graduated from the 21-Day Fix go for this program. If you are someone looking for an extreme workout session of 30 minutes this program is apt for you. Anyone who wants to know how fitness competitors eat can join the program. This is an extreme-level fitness program, thus those who want to level up their daily exercise routine can check out this plan.

The main focus of this program is muscle definition and getting ripped.

Hardness comparison

It is harder than the normal plan. It includes an intense workout full of variety, resistance training, and play moves. In addition, the meal plan is also very strict making it tougher.

You can build muscles with 21 Day Extreme as you’ll do a lot of resistance moves to build lean muscle mass

There won’t be any treats for 3 weeks. It includes a Countdown to Competition meal plan that drops your starches (yellow & purple) quite a bit.

Overall review

We would suggest the 21-Day Fix, majorly, as clients saw better results with this than with extreme, in which many had to lose 20 lbs.+, and extreme was much harder to follow.
