#stronglikemom challenge!

#STRONGLIKEMOM is a movement you may have seen swirling around lately thanks to genius Target marketing BUT it’s also a movement that I think 100% deserves all the recognition + praise and empowers moms everywhere to be STRONG! Not just EMOTIONALLY but PHYSICALLY, too!

Four years ago I started this fitness journey with 50lbs of “baby weight” to lose and a 2.5 month old and a 23 month old that needed mama to get herself together! I was exhausted all the time, nothing fit right and my eating habits were less than impressive (hey there Pop Tarts and Diet Coke) I made the decision that it was TIME FOR A CHANGE – and even though the road wasn’t always easy – it has been SO worth it, friends!

Starting MAY 15 I’m opening up a #STRONGLIKEMOM CHALLENGE and I’m looking for some other amazing mamas to join me on a journey to get fit + get healthy + get inspired!
Joining is simple! And getting results is even easier! ALL fitness levels, especially beginners, are welcome!

 Follow the meal plan set out for you using color coded containers
 Drink a superfoods shake once daily and/or use the approved pre and post workout energy + recovery each day
 Workout once a day following a fool-proof 30 day calendar (workouts average at 30 minutes)
 Enjoy an active recovery day once a week
 Guilt-free “cheat meal” each week
 Check in via the APP with your meals & workouts for accountability, support, and inspiration!
